Paneer Bhurji/ scrambled Panner
Paneer Bhurji/ scramble Tofu

• Paneer – 200 gm, grated or crumbled
• Oil – 1 Tbsp
• Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped

• Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped
• Green Chilies – 1, finely chopped
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
• Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Kasuri methi – 1/4 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Coriander leaves,chopped


1. Heat Oil in a medium pan on medium heat.
2. Add Onions and fry till onions turn golden brown.Add Ginger-Garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add Tomatoes and Green Chilies and cook til the tomatoes are mashed well and cooked.
4. Now add all the powders, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add Paneer and salt, mix until Paneer is well coated with the masala. Cover and allow the paneer to cook for 2-3 minutes, if needed add few spoons of water.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or chapati.

Mash the tomato well
Add the Masala
Put some water
Let it cook well
Add the fried panner & mix well
