Chicken Liver fry

Ingredients:
Chicken liver- 1/4 kg
Onion- 1/2 cup (chopped)
Sombu- 1 tsp
Graham masal- 1/2 tsp
Pepper- 2tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt
Oil- 3 tsp
Method:
* Heat the pressure pan with oil fry the sombu ,saute the onion for few mins
* Add the chicken liver, fry it, let the color change, add the ghram masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder & salt 
* Add some water & pressure it for 2 whistle…. Open the pressure pan & boil the content till the water get up…. make it dry…

Heat the oil, fry the sombu ,saute the onion for few mins

Add the ghram masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder , salt &water

pressure it for 2 whistle…. Open the pressure pan & boil the content.. make it dry
