Ingredients
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Fried channa dhal – 1/2 cup
Green chilli- 2
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Tamarind – 1 pc
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic 2- 3 pods
Tempering:
Oil- 2tsp
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Urdu dhal -1/2 tsp
Dried red chilli – 2 nos
curry leaves
Method:
* Grind Coconut, Green chilli, Coriander leaves, curry leaves, fried channa dhal, ginger , garlic, tamarind & salt to a fine paste.
* Heat the pan with oil, add the tempering ingredients one by one and add to the grind-ed paste.
Grind Coconut, Green chilli, Coriander leaves, curry leaves, fried channa dhal, ginger , garlic, tamarind & salt to a fine paste.
For Tempering

Heat the pan with oil, add the tempering ingredients one by one 

Add the content to the grind-ed paste..
