Crab Curry(Nandu kullambu)

Ingredients
Crab- 1/2 kg
Onion- 1 (big)
Tomato- 1(big)
Green chill-2
Pepper Corn- 1tsp
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Cloves-2
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 8 pods
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Oil- 4tsp

Masala:
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chili powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Graham masala- 1 tsp
Salt

Method:
* Grind the onion, Tomato, green chilli, pepper corn, cinnamon,cloves,ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves, coconut to a fine paste
* Heat the kadai with oil & add the cleaned crab.. fry for few mins till the crab color change
* Add the grounded masala & masala powder ingredient one by one.. add some water
* Allow to boil… & cook till the crab get cooked..

Onion, Tomato, green chilli, pepper corn, cinnamon,cloves,ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves 

Grind the ingredients,Onion, Tomato, green chilli, pepper corn, cinnamon,cloves,ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves, coconut to a fine paste

Masala ingredients Turmeric powder, graham masala, chillie powder, Coriander powder & salt

Grind-ed paste

Heat the pan with oil & fry the crab

Let the crab color change

Add the grind-ed paste & Masala ingredients

Put some water

Allow the content to boil

Let the crab cook… (in medium flame for 15 mins)

Crab curry (Nandu Kulambu) Ready to serve
