Kara panniyaram(Kara Kuli paniyaram)

Ingredients
Idli batter- 1 cup (left over)
Onion – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves- 2 tsp( finely chopped)
Curry leaves – 1tsp( finely chopped)
oil- 2 tsp
Ghee- 1/2 cup
Method:
* Heat the pan with oil, fry the finely chopped onions, coriander leaves & curry leaves
* Add the mixture to the idli batter & add the pepper powder.., mix well
* Heat the kuli-paniyara pan, pour the idli batter in it, & sprinkle the ghee over it.
* Close the pan with a perfect lid, let it cook in 1side
* Slowly turn the other side to roast.
* Allow to cook for few mins, take it out.. tat’s a easy lovely breakfast is ready, Best with Coconut chutney
Leftover Idli batter
Finely Chopped onion, coriander leavers, curry leaves & pepper powder
Frying onion, coriander leavers, curry leaves 
Mix the content with idli batter
&
Heat the kuli paniyara pan
Slowly fill the pan
Sprinkle some ghee over it
Cover it with the lid
One side get cooked
Turn to the other side
