Ragi Semiya Upma(Ragi Vermicelli Upma)

Ingredients:
Ragi semiya(Vermicelli)- 2 cups
Water- 2 cups
Ghee- 4 tsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urdu dhal- 1 tsp
Channa dhal- 1 tsp
Onion- 2 tsp(choppes)
Green chillie- 2-3 nos
Curry leaves
Coconut(grated)- 1/2 cup
Salt water- 2 tsp
Method:
* Soak the semiya(vermicillie) in 2 cups of water for 5 mins( do not soak more than 5 mins)
* Take the Greased Idli steamer & spread over the soaked semiya(vermicillie).
* Steam it for 5 mins
* Heat the pan with ghee, crackle the mustard, urdu dhal, channa dhal, & saute the onions, let the onions be to transparent 
* Add the green chillies & curry leaves, slowly add the steamed semiya(vermicillie) mix it, sprinkle the salt water & garnish with grated coconut……. hummmmmmm simple yummy dish can be taken with crystal sugar…..

Onion, Grated coconut, green chilli, curry leaves, mustard, channa dhal, urdu dhal
Steamed semiya(vermicillie)
 Heat the pan with ghee, crackle the mustard, urdu dhal, channa dhal, & saute the onions, let the onions be to transparent 
Add the green chillies & curry leaves
Add the steamed semiya(vermicillie) sprinkle the salt water
Garnish with grated coconut
