Tumbler Idli/Carrot Idli

Instead of Tumbler u can use the idli plate also…


I
ngredients:
Idli batter- 1 cup
Carrot- 1 cup(Grated)
Green chillie- 2 nos
Onion- 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Oil
Mustard-1 tsp
Urdu dhal- 1 tsp
Ginger- 2 tsp(Chopped)
Method:
* Heat the pan with oil & Crackle the mustard & Urdu dhal… saute the onion for few min
* Add the grated carrot & green chillies
* Fry the Coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger
* Mix it well with the idli batter
* Grease the tumblers with oil..
* Steam it for 10 to 15 mins place the  insert a knife  to idli’s to check it’s done or not… if the kinfe comes out with out any stick then it’s done 
* Allow to cool for 3-4 mins invert to plate & take of the idli’s as your wish u can slice it…

Take all ur ingredients..Heat the pan with oil & Crackle the mustard & Urdu dhal… saute the onion for few min…Add the grated carrot & green chillies

Fry the Coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger..Mix it well with the idli batter

 Grease the tumblers with oil..Grease the tumblers with oil..  Steam it for 10 to 15 mins
