This Week end i got a Fresh bunch of Coriander… i didn’t waste anything in tat bunch except the root…. I separate the stem and leaves and cleaned properly.. I preserved the stem for making Rasam … Just add a Spoon of paste to your favorite Rasam or any type stocks… And the leaves are used to make the Chutney/ thovaiyal…(Mint-Coriander Chutney/ Mint-Coriander Thovaiyal) Click here for recipe…..
Just clean the steams and grind in the mixer.. Store in airtight container and preserve in refrigerator..
