Ghee Rice
I’ve tried this Ghee rice in ordinary rice… that’s comes out deliciously.. which this dish is easy to make… Nobody will say no for this rich dish….

Ingredients:
Rice- 2 cups
Coconut milk- 2 cups
Water – 2 cups
Onion- 1/2 cup sliced
Green chillie- 4-5
Ginger garlic paste- 3 tsp
Graham masala- 1 tsp
Salt
Ghee- 2 tsp
Oil- 2 tsp

Whole Spices
Star Anise- 1
Jeera- 1 tsp
Bay leaf
Cardamom- 2 nos
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Cloves- 2 nos

Method:
* Soak the Rice for 10 mins..
* Heat the Pressure cooker with oil..
* Crackle the Jeera & Add the Whole spices one by one
* Saute the sliced onion for few mins, Add the green chillies & Graham masala
* Add the Ginger Garlic paste
* Now add the Soaked Rice.. Fry for few mins add the Water + Coconut milk & salt
 (Here i’ve used 4 cups Water + Coconut milk for 2 cups Rice)
* Now add the 2 tsp ghee over the mixture and close the pressure cooker
* Make it 2-3 whistles…
* IT’s Ready to serve…..

Here is the ingredients all you need to take
 Heat the Pressure cooker with oil…Crackle the Jeera & Add the Whole spices one by one

 Add the Ginger Garlic paste
Add the green chillies & Graham masala
Now add the Soaked Rice.. Fry for few mins add the Water + Coconut milk & salt…
Now add the 2 tsp ghee over the mixture and close the pressure cooker..Make it 2-3 whistles…

Ready to serve with Kozhi kootan/ Chicken curry
Yummy with Dhal/ Sambar too i love this combination…:)
