Kozhi Kootan(Chicken Curry)

Ingredients:
Chicken- 1/2 kg
Onion- 1/2 cup (chopped)
Tomato- 1
Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
Graham masala- 1 tsp
Kulambu masala podi– 2 tsp
Oil- 4 tsp
Salt
Jeera- 1 tsp

For Grinding
Pearl onion- 4-5
Coriander seeds- 2 tsp
Ani seeds- 1 tsp
Red chillie- 4-5 nos
Coconut- 1/2 cup (grated)
Star anise- 3/4 pc
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Cloves- 2 nos
Cardamon- 2 nos

Method:
* Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil Roast the Grinding ingredients one by one, make it cool & Grind to a fine paste
* Heat the pressure cooker with oil & crackle the jeera
* Saute the onion for few mins
* Fry the Tomato & Ginger garlic paste for few mins add the graham masala & Kulambu masala podi
* Add the chicken & Grind-ed masala with some water & salt
* Make it to 2-3 whistles… that’s a yummy kozhi kootan is ready to serve

Ingredients for grinding 
Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil Roast the Grinding ingredients one by one
Frying onion, Dhanya, Red chillie
Fry the onion..make it cool 
 Grind to a fine paste
Other ingredients you need to collect
Heat the pressure cooker with oil & crackle the jeera..Saute the onion for few mins
Fry the Tomato & Ginger garlic paste for few mins
 add the graham masala & Kulambu masala podi.. Add the chicken  
Grind-ed masala with some water & salt.. Make it to 2-3 whistles
