Mushroom-Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Boiled Rice- 2 cups
Mushroom- 1 cup(cleaned)
Egg- 3 nos
Onion- 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Graham masala- 1 tsp
Pepper- 2 tsp
Ingredients You need to take ready
Heat the pan with oil and saute the onions for few mins
Broke the Egg and add Ginger Garlic paste Scrub the Eggs till done
Add Cleaned Chopped Mushrooms & Mix well
Add Graham masala, Pepper, Salt and sprinkle some water.. Cook till the water dries up
Add the boiled Rice.. Mix gently….
