Mutton Biryani
Mutton Biryani is most favorite dish for hubby…. he’ll enjoy this till it get over… means he’ll have this for lunch then he’ll go with the same for dinner too also if there is any leftover he’ll ask it for next day lunch too… when we do biryani will prepare for a big bowl and save for the week.. he’ll be so happy when i pack this for his lunch box too…..

Ingredients:
Mutton- 1/2 kg

Basmathi Rice- 2 cup

Water – 1 1/2 cup
Coconut Milk- 1 cup
Onion- 3 nos(medium)
Tomato- 2
Green chilli- 4 nos
Coriander leaves & Mint leaves
Ginger Garlic paste- 4tsp
Mutton masala- 2 tsp
Graham masala- 1 tsp

Masala
Bay leaves- 2
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Poppy seeds(Kasa Kasa)- 1tsp
Cardamom- 2 
Cloves- 2
Salt
Ghee- 4 tsp
Method:
* Soak the Rice for 10 mins
* Grind the onion, Tomato, separately to a fine paste
* Grind the Bay leaves, Cinnamon,Poppy seeds(Kasa Kasa),Cardamom,Cloves together to form masala paste
* Grind the Green chilli, Coriander leaves & Mint leaves 
* Take the coconut milk from the grated coconut
* Heat the pressure cooker with Ghee, fry the masala paste
* Saute the sliced onion, allow 3 mins add Ginger garlic paste, onion paste & fry for 5 mins in medium flame
* Add the tomato puree Saute for 5 mins, then add the greeny paste & saute well add salt cook for 5 mins, then add the mutton pieces 
* Cook for 3-4 whistles..
* Drain the Soaked Rice & fry in ghee
* Cook the rice the for 2 whistle( i use 2 cups rice & 2 1/2 water + coconut milk)
* If there is more gravy in mutton Cook it till the water dries up..
* Slowly add the Rice & mix evenly…
* It’s Ready…:)

Green chilli, Coriander leaves & Mint leaves , Grated Coconut, onion, tomato,Mutton masala, Graham masala, Cinnamon,Poppy seeds(Kasa Kasa),Cardamom,Cloves, Bay leaves
Onion paste, Tomato paste, Greeny paste( Coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillie), ginger & garlic paste, Coconut milk & masala
Fry the Masala & onion paste, one by one add the Ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, greeny paste.. allow 5 mins interval time for each paste
Add the mutton, & Mutton masala, graham masala & salt boil it for 3-4 whistles
Soaked rice… Fry the Rice with ghee & cook for 2 whistles in Water + Coconut milk
Mix the boiled rice evenly in the mutton masala
Yumm yumm it’s ready to eat…:)
