Oats kuli-paniyaram/Oats muffin

 Oats Kuli – paniyaram/ Oats muffin is a healthy snack… Easy to cook… All handy ingredients… Good in taste…Cute in shape… it attract from kids to elder… tie-up every one to have a bite…


Ingredients:
Oats- 1 cup
Wheat flour- 1/4 cup
Rice flour- 1 tsp
Jaggery- 1/2 cu[
Water- 1/2 cup
Baking soda- a pinch
Banana- 1 small
Coconut- 2 tsp(grated)
Green Cardamom- 2 nos
Ghee
Method:
* Grind the yellam & banana in mixer to a smooth paste
* Heat 1/2 cup water & add the jaggery to it.. boil & stir it till the jaggery get melted
* Add the jaggery water to the banana mix, add the wheat flour & rice flour to it… mix it without any clumps
* Add the oats, coconut grated & baking soda if need add water to ur consistency
* Heat the muffin pan/ paniyaram pan, full fill the muffin tin & sprinkle with ghee.. cover the pan with proper lid.. cook in medium flame
* Turn it out.. till they are gloden brown..
* That’s healthy snack/ breakfast is ready… 
Ingredients u need to Take
Mash banana & yellam in mixer to a smooth paste

Make Jaggery water


Mix the jaggery water to bananah mix, add the wheat flour & Rice flour Mix it without any clumps

Add the Oats & grated coconut mix well.. Add the baking soda before u start to cook
Fill up the muffin tin & sprinkle some ghee over it… cover & cook for few sec in medium flame.. turn it to the other side & cook till golden color
