Palak leaves, It’s an diet Leaf, Healthy Leaves too. Here to cook this Leaves have to add very little amount of salt, without salt also this can be cooked…. Avoiding Coconut is good for keeping in diet.. Tasty leaves can be cooked in many ways… here im using a basic one can be take with Sambar Sadham/ Parupu Sadham…

Ingredients:
Palak- 2 cups(Chopped)
Onion- 2 tsp(Chopped)
Green Chillies- 1 
Curry leaves
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urdu Dhal – 1 tsp
Channa dhal- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Coconut- 3 tsp(Grated)
Oil- 2 tsp
Method:
* Heat the pan with oil… splutter the Mustard seeds, Fry Urdu dhal, Channa dhal, jeera
* Saute the onion, green chillies, curry leaves
* Add the Palak leaves, if required a pinch of salt(very little quantity)
* Cover with a lid & cook till the leaves get cooked
* Garnish with coconut.

Add the Palak leaves, if required a pinch of salt(very little quantity)
Garnish with coconut.
