Rawa Pongal

Ingredients:

Rawa/Sooji- 1 cup
Moong Dhal- 3/4 cup
Ghee- 4 tsp
Salt
Ginger- 1 tsp(Chopped)
Pepper- 1 tsp
Jeera-1tsp
Nuts & Raisins- 2 tsp
Method:
* Cook the Moong dhal in cooker for 2-3 whistles
* Fry the Rawa/Sooji in 1 tsp of ghee
* Fry till the the color change For Rawa/Sooji
* Add the boiled Dhal to Rawa/Sooji
* Add a cup of water to Rawa & Dhal mix with some salt
* Stir it continuously coz the rawa/ Dhal mix may stick in the pan also possible to form clumps
* Crush the Pepper & Jeera
* Heat the Pan with 3 tsp of ghee Add the Ginger, Powdered Pepper & Jeera
* Add the nuts & Raisins, fry them till done
* Add the fried mix to Cooked Rawa+Dhal mix
* Yummy Pongal with Sambar & Coconut chutney

Heat the Pan with 3 tsp of ghee Add the Ginger, Powdered Pepper & Jeera
Add the nuts & Raisins, fry them till done
Add the fried mix to Cooked Rawa+Dhal mix
Rawa Pongal with Sambar & Coconut chutney
