Ven Pongal

Ingredients:
Raw Rice- 1 cup
Moong Dhal- 3/4 cup
Nuts& Raisins- 3 tsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Ghee- 4-5 tsp
Method:
* Heat the pressure pan with ghee fry the Pepper & Jeera 
* Add the Cleaned Rice & Dhal with 5 cups of water & Salt
* Make it for 2 whistles
* In a Separate pan fry thr nuts & Raisins in ghee
* Add to the Rice & dhal mixture… mix well
* Can be served with Sambar & Coconut Chutney..……
Here the ingredients u need to take
