Egg-Pepper Roast
It’s an simple Roast… if u taste once often u’ll try to do this…. main thing is boiling and removing the shells… Boil the eggs for 20 mins in medium flame… allow it to cool down then start breaking the shell’s.. Note the egg are in room temperature……….

Ingredients:
Boiled egg- 3 nos
Oil- 4-5 tsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Salt
Grab your ingredients

Slice the eggs like this
HEat the pan with oil & place the eggs like this
Sprinkle Salt & pepper over the eggs
Turn it slowly

It’s ready
