Fish Curry, one of the favorite for seafood lovers.. here this is my in-laws preparation, i used to add drumstick and mango this time.. Taste was awesome..  this time i had a good time with my in-laws…

Very simple method… this time i got some fresh drumstick and mangoes from my home…. this curry yums with Rice/Roti/Dosa/Othappams…..  I supposed to coastal region, so daily we get fresh fish and fresh curry.. now all in dream and here we could’t get fresh fish like my place…

Fish- 1/4 kg
Tamarind Water- 1 cup
Drumstick- 1

For masala:
Coconut- 1 cup
Pepper- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Onion- 10-12
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chillie powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

For Tempering:
Oil- 3-4 tsp
Onion- 1 tsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Methi- 1/4 tsp
Green cillie-2 nos
Curry leaves

Here is the ingredients for fish curry

Ingredients for making masala grind in ur mixer to a smooth paste
Mix the fish ,Tamarind water, drumstick, mango, and masala with salt start boil them in medium flame
Cook it for 20-25 mins in medium flame,check the Drumstick & cook till it done, don’t stir the curry the fish will split out from the bones 
Ingredients for tempering, heat the pan with oil splutter the mustard and methi, saute onion, green chillie, tomatoes & curry leaves .. add them to the curry
