Fish Curry(Yummy Tangy Spicy Dish/Fried coconut fish curry)

Ingredients:
Fish- 1/2 kg
Tamarind water 1 cup (thick)
salt
For masala:
pearl onion-10
garlic pod- 6
Pepper corns- 1tsp
Jeera -1 tsp
mustard- 1 tsp
methi- 1/2 tsp
coconut grated – 1/2 cup
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
chillie powder- 1tsp
corinador powder-1tsp
fish curry masala- 1tsp(optional)
curry leaves
For tempering:
Vegetable oil- 3 tsp
mustard- 1 tsp
methi- 1/4 tsp
onion- 2tsp(chopped)
Tomato- 1 ( finely chopped)
Green chillie- 4 (sliced)
curry leaves
Garnishing:
Coconut nut oil- 4 tsp
Method:
* Start By preparing from masala—> heat the pan add onion & garlic Roast for 5 mins, keep separated, then add pepper corns, jeera, mustard & methi… fry till it splutter, and add some oil to the pan add coconut, turmeric powder, chillie powder, fish curry masala, curry leaves.. fry till brown color..( gravy color vl determined in this step)
* make masala item to cool for few mins & grind finely to a smooth paste
* clean the fish & add tamarind water, salt, & grind-ed masala
* In medium flame bring to boil ( by timing 15 mins)
* for tempering separately heat the pan with oil add all the ingredients one by one … and add to the fish curry
* Now garnish with Coconut oil…
We enjoy this curry with Red Rice, chapatti, Roti, Dosa….
