Hubby’s Fav dish..”Mutton Biryani” After tasting this he was telling “it’s the best biryani in your preparation” ushhhhhhhhhh……Seriously never thought i’ll cook mutton after marriage but that happens My sweet heart’s favorite one is mutton… specially mutton biryani….

You know 1 thing before start to cut mutton i’ll put on gloves/ cover my hands with some thing that much i hate mutton and mutton smell.. He’ll buy a kg never gone less than this quantity… i’ll blink what to do with this??? (In our starting days) then i’ll call up my mom, mother-in law, my aunty… i’ll go clarify my Recipe books, browse in google… huuuuuh now finally i got my style of making the mutton in delicious….

 Last week My brother Courier’d 1 book… full of non-veg recipes, It’s Non Vegetarian Delights by Sandhya Kumar… That Rise me up in Non-veg cooking… yes i tried this Ghost Biriyani in last week end… That gives me an amazing result… never ever i imagined…. Already i’ve Posted Mutton Biriyani this Gosht biriyani Taste like anything…

I’ve made some twist in this Recipe… Ghost biriyani In my recipe book was, need to prepare the Rice and Gravy separately and mix by forming layers… Here I skipped this step and did in full pressure cooker method… but nothing went wrong it was a perfect version of mine….

Rice- 2 cups
Coconut milk- 1 cup
Ghee- 4 tsp
Onion- 1 ( Chopped)
Tomato- 1 cup (Chopped)
Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup(Chopped)
Mint leaves- 1/2 cup(Chopped)
Whole spices:
Cinnamon- 1 stick
Cardamons- 2 nos
Cloves- 2-3
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf- 2
For Marination
Meat- 1/2 kg
Chillie Powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Mutton masala- 1 tsp
Graham masala- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Curd- 1 cup

Here is the ingredients to marination
Take all in one bowl

Mix them altogether with salt… Refrigerate it for 10-12 hours, minimum 2-3 hours required i did this for 12 hours
Grab all your ingredients

Heat he pressure cooker with  Ghee and Add all the whole spices Fry for few mins

Sautet he onions for few mins

Add in the marinated Meat

Mix them well and cook it for 5 mins 
Add in the tomatoes, Coriander leaves, mint leaves

Mix them

Add in the Coconut milk and cook it for 2-3 whistles… Don’t keep more than 3 whistle (Already the meat has marinated)

Now open the pressure cooker and bring them to boil without

Till the gravy reduced to half the quantity

Add in the soaked Rice

Mix them well with salt
Add 3 cups of water ( I used 1:1.5 For rice and water) Pressure cook it for 2 whistles and keep till the pressure Goes..

It’s Done

Nice Flavorful Hydreabadi Gosht Biryani is ready
