Ingredients:
Rice- 1 cup
Moong dhal- 1/2 cup
Oil- 3 tsp
Green chillie-2 nos
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt
Spices:
Cloves- 2
Cardamon- 2
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Star anise- 1/2
Ingredients for Kitchari
Whole spices
HEat the pressure pan with oil and add the whole spices & Green chillie
Add the Cleaned Rice and moong dhal
Add in the Water(1:2 for Rice and water) & Add in the salt, Turmeric powder Pressure cook it for 2 whistles
