Prawn Biryani, it’s good post for sea food lovers…. i love seafoods especially prawn.. any kind of any type of preparation, im ready to put my hands towards this seafood… here though i miss many varieties of seafood… if u know to prepare chicken biryani, you can try this instead of chicken need to replace the prawn…. Hope my viewers enjoy this dish… do try and tell me…here we go to the yummly Prawn “Shrimp” Biryani…

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice- 2 cups
Prawn- 1/2 kg
Coconut milk- 1 cup
Water- 1 1/2 cup
Tomato puree- 1 cup( 2 tomatoes)
Onion paste-  1 cup(2 large Onions)
Ghee- 3 tsp
Oil- 2 tsp
Sliced onion- 1/2 cup
Graham masala- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf- 2
Dry spices-(Just powder them)
Cinnamon- 1
Cardamom- 2
Cloves-2
Poppy seeds- 1 tsp
Star anise- 1/2
Fennel seed- 1/2 tsp
Greeny paste-
Coriander leaves- 3 tsp Chopped
mint leaves- a hand full
Green chillie- 2-3 nos
Curry leaves- 2 springs
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 4-5 pods
Here is the ingredients.. sorry asusual i miss to show the sliced onion here don’t miss it
Heat the pressure cooker with ghee & oil add in the powdered dry spices
Add in th e onion and bay leaves

Add the Onion paste cook for 3 mins in medium flame


Add the tomato puree

Add the greeny paste
Cook them foe 5-8 mins and add the gharam masala, salt & turmeric powder
Add the cleaned deviened prawn.. cook them for 1o mins with 1/2 cup of water
Here it’s done
Add the soaked Rice
Add the coconut milk & water.. pressure cook it for 2 whistles.. release the steam and poke with forks… 

It’s Done…..
