Snake gourd curry… snake gourd cooked with channa dhal and moong dhal.. Goes well with hot rice.. Simple method to do… Snake gourd is a low calorie vegetable.. so without hesitation can join this with diet food…

Ingredients:
Snake Gourd- 1 cup
Channa dhal(split)-1/4 cup
Moong dhal- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt

To grind:
Coconut – 1/2 cup
Green chillie- 1
Jeera- 1 tsp
Pearl onion- 3- 4nos
Rice flour- 1/4 tsp


To Tempering
Oil- 3 tsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urdu dhal- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves

Here is the ingredients you need to take
Ingredients to grind
Chopped snake gourd
Take the dhal, water turmeric and salt
Without stir cover the dhal with the chopped snake gourd
Pressure cook it for 2 whistles
Grind the ingredients which is below the grinding ingredients, 
Add in the grinded paste with a cup of water
cook them till the water dries up
Temper with the mustard, urdu dhal and curry leaves
Add the tempering to the curry
