Soya chunk-Cheese Balls

Soya chunks are rich in proteins, very good diet for kids, soya chunks  is high in fiber, which is known to benefit cholesterol levels, and can indirectly lower cholesterol by replacing fatty animal proteins in the diet. Soy protein in general is rich in B vitamins and Omega-3 fatty acids, which are thought to benefit many aspects of health. Soya Chunks contain 533 milligrams of calcium and 21.2 grams of iron. Whole soy foods also are a good source of fiber, B vitamins, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids.

This Recipe is for vegetarian followers…. for non veg’s You can use beaten egg instead of Corn flour…

Soya Chunk- 1 cup
Potatoes- 2 nos
Onion- 1/2 cup
Carrot- 1/2 cup
Green peas- 1/2 cup
Ginger & Garlic paste- 1 tsp(Fresh masala)
Tomato Ketchup’s- 2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Graham masala- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Cheese cubes- 1 cup

Bread crumbs- 1 cup
Corn flour- 2 tsp

Soya Chunk 1 cup & Potatoes 2 nos
Boil them in cooker for whistles
Mince the Soya chunks in blender

Here is the rest ingredients… Oops im sorry to show you the Cornflour paste & Fresh masala(G G paste)

Saute the onion in 2 spoons of oil

Fry the carrots
Add in the grren peas

Add in the chillie powder, turmeric powder, grham masala & salt

Add in the minced soyachunk & mashed potatoes

Add some ketchup’s

Fresh Masala(G G paste)

Add in the Fresh masala (G G paste)
Make them Gooseberry size balls and chesse cubes

Flat the balls place the cheese cubes in center
Roll the cheese balls 

Just dip the Balls in cornflour paste and roll in bread crumbs
Heat the kadai with oil
Drop the rolled balls to deep fry
