Soya chunk Chicken Cutlet
Soya chunk is a very good diet food… for those love to watch their wait can take soya chunks based foods without any hesitation …here i’ve tried an tasty yummly recipe

Ingredients:
Soya Chunk- 1 cup
Potatoes- 2 nos
Onion- 1/2 cup
Carrot- 1/2 cup
Green peas- 1/2 cup
Ginger & Garlic paste- 1 tsp(Fresh masala)
Tomato Ketchup’s- 2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Graham masala- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Cheese cubes- 1 cup
Oil
Salt
Chicken- 150 gms
Egg – 1 nos
Bread crumbs- 1 cup
Soya Chunk 1 cup & Potatoes 2 nos
Boil them in cooker for whistles
Ginger Garlic paste
Here is the ingredients…more here u need to take bread crumbs and egg 
Saute the onion in 2 spoons of oil

Fry the carrots


Add in the grren peas

Add in the chillie powder, turmeric powder, grham masala & salt

Add in the minced soyachunk & mashed potatoes


Add some ketchup’s

Boiled Chicken with a spoon jeera

Mice it in a mixer
Haet the pan with some oil put some Ginger Garlic paste… chicken is a gastric food
Add in the minced Chicken and Soya chunk mix
Make patties dip in beaten Egg and roll them in bread crumbs
Put few spoons of oil in the pan and start frying them
Turn it over

Lovely & Healthy Tea time snack is ready…. can be packed to lunch box also
