Channa Dhal Kheer/Kadalai parupu payasam

My BM Group members are posting fantastic recipes and i stunned at their work.. Feeling great to be a part of this group… Special thanks to Srivalli of spicing your life…
Ingredients:
Split Channa dhal/ kadalai parupu- 1/2 cup
Jaggery- 3/4 cup
Ghee- 3 tsp
Cashew nuts- 10-12
Milk- 1 cup
Grated coconut- 2 tsp
Coconut bits- 2 tsp
Cardamom- 2
Method:
* Boil the channa dhal/Kadalai parupu to 2 whistle in cooker
* Soak the cashew nuts for 10-15 mins
* Take out 2 spoon of boiled channa dhal out and in mixer grind the rest dhal , cardamom and cashews
* Make dilute the Jaggery with water.. boil them
* Add the grinded mix and separated boiled Channa dhal
* Add the Milk and make them boil for few mins
* Fry the Coconut bits and grated coconut in ghee and add to the Kheer
