Channa Dhal Kheer/Kadalai parupu payasam
Today it’s BM # 27 Week1 Day2.. I have a sweet dish today that’s a dessert which we people used this after the full meal It’s simple delicious and yummy too…

Ingredients:
Split Channa dhal/ kadalai parupu- 1/2 cup
Jaggery- 3/4 cup
Ghee- 3 tsp
Cashew nuts- 10-12
Milk- 1 cup
Grated coconut- 2 tsp
Coconut bits- 2 tsp
Cardamom- 2

Method:
* Boil the channa dhal/Kadalai parupu to 2 whistle in  cooker
* Soak the cashew nuts for 10-15 mins
* Take out 2 spoon of boiled channa dhal out and in mixer grind the rest dhal , cardamom and cashews
* Make dilute the Jaggery with water.. boil them
* Add the grinded mix and separated boiled Channa dhal
* Add the Milk and make them boil for few mins
* Fry the Coconut bits and grated coconut in ghee and add to the Kheer

Start Boil the Channa dhal
Boil the channa dhal/Kadalai parupu to 2 whistle in  cooker

 Make dilute the Jaggery with water
Allow them to boil
Add the grinded mix and separated boiled Channa dhal
 Add the Milk and make them boil for few mins
 Fry the Coconut bits and grated coconut in ghee and add to the Kheer
