Chikku well healthy fruit… Rich fruit too.. i got some good ripped chikku’s… Smoothie is a from of fruit and milk mix with thick pulpy nature…

It’s a very good balanced food for summer heat..


Ingredients:
Chikku- 2
Milk- 1 small cup
Sugar- 2-3 tsp

Here is the ingredients
Peel clean and deseed the fruits , in a mixer smash the fruit with milk and sugar
It’s ready..
