My Grandma often do this healthy fry .. coz we hate Drumstick leaves in our childhood… so she do this trick and feed us… the taste was amazing in this fry… Remembering my Late Grandma and posting this here…
Drumstick leaves- 1 cup
Egg- 2 nos
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Jeera- 1 tsp
Pearl onion- 5-6
Garlic- 3-4 pods
Green chillie- 2nos
Mustard- 1 tsp
Urad dhal- 1 tsp
Channa dhal- 1 tsp
Here is the ingredients to grab
Grind the ingredients in the table
Heat the pan with oil and splutter the mustard, urad dhal, channa dhal, saute the onion & curry leaves
Add the cleaned Drumstick leaves and add the grinded masala, & add a cup of water… cook till the water get dries up
Add the egg and salt scramble them and cook till the egg are done…

* When cleaning the drumstick leaves clean without small stems..
* Cook till the leaves color change and add the egg..
