Gulab Jamun/Koya Jamun

Jamun using Koya…it’s the time of vacation… Gulab jamun can be made by readymade pack… when nothing in the hand try with koya, boil the milk till they form the koya(Mawa), it’s an easy instant healthy sweet… no body say “No” to this cute bright sweet balls…..
It’s for BM#27 week 3 Day 5… under seasonal theme trying this as vacation snack….
Ingredients:
Koya(Mawa)- 1 cup
Maida- 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup
Cardamom- 2 nos
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Ghee/ Dalda/Oil- for frying
Here is the ingredients for the cuties
Take the koya, maida, a spoon of ghee and baking soda
Knead them to a dough (should not stick your hand)
Make even size balls
Do the sugar syrup by sugar water and cardamom
Heat the ghee
Fry the balls in medium/ low flame
Lovely jamuns are ready for munch
