It’s for BM#27 Week 2 Day 7…. Simple Ladies finger Fry.. doing this under the theme of Traditional…

Mom & MIL often do this… it’s a best combo of dhal, sambar, Rasam…. I didn’t use coconut here if you love to use Coconut, add some grated coconuts when the Ladies finger once cooked well..
Also i used curd.. my mom MIL will add 2 tsp of tamarind juice or 2 tsp, of lemon juice… tat’s for removing the stickiness easily….
Ingredients
Ladies finger- 1/4 kg
Onion- 1 
Green chillie- 2 nos
Salt
Oil
Curd- 2 tsp
Curry leaves
Tempering
Mustard- 1tsp
Urad dhal- 1 tsp
Channa dhal- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Heat the pan with oil & add the tempering items, Saute the onion for few mins
Fry the Chopped Ladies finger & green chillie.. cook for 3 mins in medium flame
Add the curd and cook till the curd goes up and sprinkle the salt.
It’s done
