Buttermilk helps to reduce weight, It’s consumed as an summer drink.. helps in digestion.. masala buttermilk is an flavored version… in noon time if u had a cup of buttermilk in summer is like a heavenly feeling… better than curd buttermilk has more health benefits and direct cooling agent to the body… Are you in continuous travel in summer vacation.. don’t forget to take a cup of buttermilk.. it make you and feels you like much better than any other food color beverages, artificial flavors, and carbonated water…. Im posting this for BM#27 Week 3 day8..

  Ingredients:
Curd- 4 tsp/ 1/4 cup
Ginger- 1 tsp(grated)
Coriander leaves- 1/2 tsp (Chopped)
Green chillie- 1
Salt
Curry leaves
Water- 2 cups

Here is the ingredients for masala buttermilk
Whisk the curd in a bowl and add in the prepared ingredients with salt mix them
add in the water and mix them properly
