It’s for BM#27 Week 2 Day 5… Under Traditional Theme im trying this healthy recipe…

Methi is an cooling agent… best for this summer…this simple curry can be the best with roti, Dosa, Very well with the rice too….
Methi leaves- 1 cup
Moong dhal- 1/4 cup
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Tomato- 1 chopped
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chillie- 2 nos
Mustard- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp

Heat the pan with oil and splutter the mustard jeera & saute the onions for few mins, add the tomatoes and Red chillie

Add the cleaned methi leaves and turmeric powder

Add in the boiled dhal
Yummy curry
