Mushroom Cutlet
Mushroom Cutlet hits a best in my home…it’s an another addition of mushroom recipe.. I got this recipe from my mom recipe book collection.. we all enjoyed this cutlet with a cup of tea… it taste amazing.. even mushroom haters could not find this is an mushroom stuffed cutlet…  

I tried in egg dip who want to try in perfect vegetarian can do in cornflour mix…
This post is for BM#27 Week 4 Day ….
Preparation time-30 mins

Cooking Time- 10 mins
Serves- 5-6

Mushroom- 250 gms
Potato- 3
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Graham masala-1/2 tsp
Chicken masala-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Egg- 2
Bread – 4 slices
Clean the mushrooms by peel of the skin and wash them In running water
 finely chop the mushrooms  

Heat the kadai with oil and saute the finely chopped onion

 In the  ginger garlic paste. Add in the chopped mushrooms and salt

Add the chicken masala, turmeric masala and graham masala till the mushrooms cooks over.. add in the boiled mashed potatoes


Mix them well with mushroom masala


Make even size balls
Dip in beaten egg and roll in the bread crumbs 
(For vegetarians can substitute the egg with corn flour)
Fry them in tawa drizzle some oil over them
Flip them up.. cook till they are golden brown in color
Yuumy cutlets…
