Mutton-Butterbeans Curry

This curry is based to my MIL’s preparation… it’s a best pair for roti’s, Dosa, Idli, Rice…. can be prepared this without mutton also…

Butter beans i never tasted in my childhood, after marriage first i taste in my inlaws home.. hubby’s most fav beans it is… he loved this beans in any type of preparation…

This post is for BM#27 week 4 Day2…….


Preparation time-  10 mins
Cooking Time- 15 mins
Serves- 3-4

Ingredients:
Mutton-1/2 kg
Butter Beans- 1 cup(fresh)
Potato- 1 nos
Kulambu masala- 4 tsp(Chillie powder- 3 tsp, Coriander Powder-2 tsp, Jeera Powder- 1 tsp)
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Graham masala- 1 tsp
Onion- 1/2
Curry leaves

For Grinding
Coconut- 1 cup
Cahew nuts- 10pcs
Sombu- 1 tsp
Onion- 1
Tomato-2-3

Here is the ingredients to grab
Heat the pressure pan with oil saute the onions and curry leaves
Add in the potato and butter beans
Add in the mutton pieces
Add the grinded masala and masala powders
Pressure cook it for 4-5 whistles
Yummy curry ready to serve…
