This is for BM#27 Week 2 Day 6, Under Traditional Theme… it’s one of our favorite mutton curry… 

This simple mutton curry goes well with Rice, Idli, Dosa, Roti….this is my MIL’s recipe..
Ingredients:
Mutton- 1/2 kg 
Onion- 1
Tomato- 2 nos
Chillie powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Graham masala-1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
For Grinding
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Cashew- 10 
Jeera- 2 tsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Onion- 1/2
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic- 8 pods
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Grab the ingredients
Grind the ingredients to a smooth paste
Heat the oil in pressure cooker and saute the onion and tomato
Add the the cleaned meat, fry for few mins 
Add in the salt and masala powders
Add in the grind-ed paste with some water.. top them with curry leaves and cook it for 4 whistles
It’s ready
