BM#27 week1 day5 under the theme Ocassion, today i took this in Party base… 
Panner Pakora… healthy Rich Tea time snack… Very Very Simple method and without pain cn be done very easily…. Ingredients here i used is common in all pantry…….


Panner Slices- 10 -15
Chana Dhal flour/ Kadalai mavu- 4 tsp
Rice flour- 1 tsp
Corn flour- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Hing- a pinch

Here we go with all our ingredients for panner pakora

Take the Chana dhal flour, Rice flour, Corn flour, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Hing and salt

Whisk them with 1/2 cup of water similar to bhaji BAtter

Heat the kadai with oil and fry the panner.. Health consciously Tawa fry is adviced

Fry the both side panner till the color change this step give the panner to be soft

Dip the fried panner in the whisked batter

Deep fry them in oil
