Summer always happy with variety of fruits, juices, smoothies and milk shakes….
As papaya feel some heat after eating the fruit, but can made as smoothie by adding some cool milk to reduce the heat…
Papaya- 1 cup(chopped)
Milk- 3/4 cup
Sugar- 2 tsp(Optional)
