My mom will do these rice fritters instantly when we ask for some thing to munch with tea.. really it’s taste great .. she knew this from her office canteen… every one in the home without restriction love this fritters..

Absolutely perfect for those rainy day evening tea time.. also the ingredients which used in this recipe are common in all pantry…

Preparation time-15 mins

Cooking Time- 10 mins
Serves- 3-4

Ingredients:
Raw Rice flour/Puttu Flour- 1 cup
Egg-1
Onion-1 Sliced
coconut- 1 cup (Grated+Bits)
Ginger- 2 tsp
Green Chillie- 1
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Salt
Oil

Here is the ingredients to grab
Combine every thing in a mixing bowl with 1/4 cup water
Mix them 
Make your shapes
Heat the kadai with oil and deep fry them till golden brown
Getting Fried
Rice fritters are ready you can enjoy these crispy with tomato ketchups
