Panner curry
That’s Rich Creamy Side Dish for Roti’s…:)

Panner- 200gms
Toamto- 1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chiile powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Graham masala- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream- 1 cup

For grinding
Coconut- 1/2 cup
Fennel- 1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp

Grab the ingredients
Cube the panner
Fry them in 2 tsp of oil
till they are golden brown in color… i love the panner crunchiness so i’ll not soak them in water.. if u want to u then no issues
Heat the kadai with oil and saute the onion
Add in the ginger garlic paste
Add the tomatoes
Add all the masala powders and cook them tillt he raw smell goes
Add the grinded paste
Cook them with little water
add the fried panner
Finally add the fresh cream
Yummy Panner curry is ready
