Keerai Vadai/Palak Tiki

I Love experimenting Spinach in Kitchen.. That’s the cheap and best nutritious food in market… Here is the Link for simple Parupu vadai.. Today will go this crispy beauties..
Ingredients:
Thoordhal- 1/2 cup
Channa dhal- 1/4 cup
Onion- 1
Spinach- a handful
Green chillie- 1
Salt
Hing- 1/2 tsp
Red chillie- 2-3 nos
Oil- for frying
Preparation:
* Soak Channa dhal & Thoor dhal for 1 hour, drain the water Grind them coarsely with redchillie.(Do not add water to grind)
* Clean chop the Spinach(palak)
Combine all the ingredients, mix them
Make them Balls and tikkis are done here
Heat the Kadai with Oil and drop the tikkis one by one
Carefully turn the tikkis and cook till they are golden brown (Cook in medium flame)
That’s crispy vadai perfect for Tea time
