Carrots really a good veg can be eat in raw, or it’ll be nice after cooking though, carrots follow us in many ways.. Carrot salad, Carrot sandwich, Carrot Halwa, Carrot fry.. now it’s the to turn push all these Side dishes.. here it’s the main flavorful Carrot Rice… here i did in South Indian version…

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice- 2 cups
Carrots- 2 cups grated
Onion- 1/2 cup chopped
Green chillie- 2 slitted
Ginger and garlic- 2 tsp each grated
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal- 1/2 tsp
Channa dhal- 1/2 tsp
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Ghee/ Oil- 3 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 spring
Salt
Preparation:
* Cook the Rice, make it out from the pressure cooker after the pressure release..
* Peel and Grate the Carrots..
Here is the ingredients
Heat the kadai with ghee and splutter the mustard, Urad dhal, chana dhal and Jeera

Saute the onions for few mins
Add in the Ginger Garlic & Green chillie
Now add the Grated carrots and cook it for 2 mins with by sprinkling the water and salt
Once the carrots are cooked add the cooked rice
Mix them well
