Egg- 3 nos
Onion- 1
Tomato- 1
Gharam masala- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves
Cinnamon- 1/4 inch
Cloves- 2
Curry Leaves- 1 spring
Roast And Grind
Coconut- 1/4 cup
Coriander Seeds- 1 tsp
Red chillie- 2-3 nos
Pepper- 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds- 1/2 tsp 
Garlic- 2 cloves
Ginger- 1/4 inch
* Boil the Eggs.. De-Shell… make ssome slit over the eggs
Grab all the ingredients
Dry Roast all in Ingredients under Roast and Grind Label… Make it cool and grind to a smooth paste
Heat the kadai with oil temper with cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves.. saute onion for few mins till they are translucent
Fry the Tomatoes till they cooked
Add in the Gharam masala, Turmeric powder, and salt
Add in the Grounded masala
Add the Boiled Egggs..
Mix them with masala and make it boil for few mins and off the flame
