Pasalai Keerai Parupu Curry

This one is a common dish in our home… can feed the spinach easily thru dhal…. same method can be done for any type of spinach….goes well with roti too…
Ingredients:
Pasalai keerai/ any Spinach- 2 cups
Thoor dhal- 3/4 cup
Onion- 1/2 finely chopped
Tomato-1 Finely chopped
Mustard- 1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Green chillie-2 nos slitted
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt
Oil- 2 tsp
Heat the kadai with oil, splutter the Mustard & jeera saute the onions for few mins
Add in the Green chillies & tomatoes.. cook till they done
Add the cleaned chopped keerai/ Spinach
Cook them by cover with a lid.. add the turmeric powder and salt
Add the boiled Dhal
Mix them & cook for 2-3 mins
It’s done… yummy…!
