Lamb Liver Fry
I got this recipe from a Kerala friend…. Simplest recipe in Non veg…. some will do without tomato… here i used tomato, earlier my liver fry was so after cooking…. then i got the tips from my grandma, if u add water to cook the liver it’ll go hard.. so avoid water in cooking this fry…

Ingredients:
Lamp Liver- 200 gms
Onion- 1 Finely chopped
Tomato- 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chillie powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Graham masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil- 1/4 cup(Prefer Gingelly oil)
Sombu- 1/4 tsp
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves- 1 spring
Preparation:

Heat the kadai with oil, splutter the Sombu and jeera, fry onion till they transparent

Fry the tomato and ginger garlic paste
Add in the chillie powder, Corriander powder, Graham masala, Turmeric powder, salt, Curry leaves and cook till the raw smell goes
Here it’s done
Add in the Cleaned Lamb Liver
Add some oil and cook till they done… 
Lamb Liver fry..
