All in the Preparation of Christmas recipes and almost the Christmas shopping is getting to end… and ready for the vacation now…. This carrot cake is a healthy version of cake recipe.. its a common name that you will find in the Google for Kids recipes.. and this is a no-fail recipe too.. And without struggle can feed the kids with some vegetables..:)
All you know to do a basic sponge cake then its simple add some grated carrots at the last step.. for the beginner bakers i’ve explained this with detail… and hope you all enjoy the post and do let me know how it turned out for you…
Flour/Maida/ALP- 1 cup
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Eggs- 2 nos
Carrot grated- 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
* Grab all the ingredients, Make sure all the ingredients are in room temperature.
* Pre h eat the oven for 10 mins in 180C.
* Crack the eggs in a large mixing bowl..
* Start whisk the Eggs till they raise the foams.
* Add in the Powdered Sugar and butter beat them well.
* Add the the Vanilla essence.
* Sieve the Flour, baking soda and baking powder into the mixture..
* Mix them gently with a spatula..
* Add the grated Carrots and mix them to the batter..
* Grease the Baking pan with Butter.
* Fold the prepared batter to the Pan..
* Bake it for 30 mins in 180C.
It’s Done.. Make it cool and put the slices to serve..:)
