Mushroom baby corn Curry

This is a mark-able curry… that much yummy it was… when this curry comes with Hot Roti… You’ll not stop this curry at the first time…

Baby corn and mushrooms both high packed nutrient balanced ingredients.. already i posted some recipes based on these main ingredients… here i combined for a new taste… coming to the recipe.:)

Mushroom- 200 gms
Baby corn- 4-5 nos
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Tomatoes- 3 nos small finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chillie powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Jeera Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Graham masala- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi- 1/2 tsp(Optional)
Oil- 2-3 tsp


* Grab all the ingredients.. yeppe i forget to show off the Kasuri methi….

* Boil the baby corns.. i did in my microwave with a micro-safe bowl boiled it for 2-3 mins..

* Heat the pan with oil saute the onions till translucent..

* Add in the Ginger Garlic paste.

* Throw all the chopped tomatoes inside the pan… cook till the tomatoes get mashed well..

* Add all the spice powders {Chillie powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric powder, Jeera powder and graham masala}

* Cook them till the raw smell of masalas get off..[cook in medium flame for 3 mins] u’ll get the bright color like these

* Add the boiled baby corn with the water.

* Add the cleaned chopped mushrooms..

* No need of adding much water to cook the mushroom already the masala was done here, then the baby corn that was cooked.. only for mushroom sprinkle some water..

* If you want more gravy then add 1/2 cup of water..

* Sprinkle over the Kasuri methi… put it on in low flame all the item are cooked well… now this step allow you to cook the proper gravy.. cook them in low flame for 5-8 min.

* Yummy Mushroom Baby corn curry is ready.. we had this curry with roti….
