Before posting this simple recipe, i was thinking twice to do the post or not, but one think behind the recipe is the measurement of ingredients, some time if the milk quantity increased in the egg mix then the bread absorbs lot of mix and tend to break the bread, also it took more time to cook, and the taste will differ.. “Once we where in Koshy’s Restaruant in st.Marks Road, Bangalore.. Joe order a cup of tea and french toast for him, i was surprised in his order,he was telling me, this is the best toast i had..& Jess starts to yum the toast without delay.. how can a home maker be silent after hearing this words, couple of days later i did the toast for breakfast, then often he demand this for his breakfast”.. whenever i put my hands to try to this simple yummy toast “Koshy’s restaurant flash in my mind… If you are staying in bangalore and had a chance to visit st.Marks road, please try the toast and tea in Koshy’s restaurant…. lets go with the recipe and do try and let me know how it turns for you.
