1. Wash the plums in running water and wipe in a clean kitchen towel, chop them and de-seed the plums out..
2. Grind this and add sugar, lime juice and a cup of water to it… and grind it for a min.., adjust taste by adding sugar and water if needed, serve with some ice cubes..
- If the Plums is not ripe, it’ll be more sore in taste, it takes more sugar to adjust the water..
- We love the plums skin flake in it.. if you don’t want then strain it and serve..
