Milk kesari/Paal kesari.. After my blogging i came to know about this rich sweet, usually mom prepare kesari with half milk and half water.. and taste better than normal rava kesari.. after having this version its the best one.. when ever i have kesari, i remember the A2B Kesari..
Such a mouth melting one.. they serve it in ration also can’t eat more than they serve, that much rich and delicious,this blogging experience taught the yummy keasri, i always want to have a crumbled kesari as shown in pic.. though its soft and smooth, i make it cool and did the crumble for photo clicking.. also I’m not satisfied with the photo too, i expect some thing other than this, but the day was very hectic and bad, so i finished the photo session asap.. we’ll not celebrate diwali, but after my blogging i though enjoy the diwalli season with lot sweets and savory snacks, also one thing about this kesari, it’s a more rich version and the taste comes with the excess of sweetness, if you want you can reduce the sugar quantity but i never assure for the exact taste…okay lets see the recipe.. do try and let me know how it turned for you….
