Bread Omelette


Choosing bread for the Breakfast is the lazy option, here Joe always prefer French Toast, as like father Jess too.. only me needs a variation in the regular bread breakfast.. this time I’m with a Different flavour of omelette, i have read in a book, this omelette is known to be Japanese omelette, when finishing 2 slices of bread and half omelette itself my tummy got filled.. and finishing touch with a cup of strong chai.. how it would be.. Tempting rite??? absolutely i had a full filled breakfast with the platter and hot cup of strong Chai(Tea).. Here is the recipe, Do try and let me know your experience.

Ingredients
Bread | 4 slices |
Butter | 2 tsp |
Ingredients for Omelette
Egg | 2 nos |
Onion | 1 large |
Tomato | 1 medium |
Green Chille | 1 nos |
Salt | as needed |
Oil/butter | 2 tsp |
Method
1. Finely Chop the Onon, Tomato and green chillies..

2. Take all the chopped items in a mixing bowl, add in the salt, mix them well..

3. Crack open the Eggs and Beat them well..

4. Heat a pan with butter/oil.

5. Here the Beaten Egg mix, use a forks to beat or use the egg beater to mix the egg..

6. Drop the Egg mix to the pan.. Drizzle with some oil or butter in the edges..

7. Cover with a Lid and cook the omelette for 3-4 mins in medium flame..

8. Once hey done slowly flip the omelette to the other side and cook them.. Set them said once they done..

9. Heat a Tawa with butter..

10. Place the breads and drop a dollop of butter over the bread.. flip them and cook the other side.. Serve hot with the Omelette..

Notes
-
- You can grate some carrots to the omelette mix for a variation..
- Dont like the tomato flavour in omelette then skip it..
- As per taste you can add some pepper powder to the omelette too..
- Serve this platter in hot..
